Shipping & returns

We ship from France using postal services, and all our parcels have a tracking number.

Your order will be prepared within 4 days.

Our delivery times are the following:

- Europe: 4 to 7 business days

- Americas (North and South): 5 to 8 business days

- Asia / Russia / Middle East: 6 to 9 business days

- Australia / New Zealand: 5 to 8 business days (we've experienced some delays recently because of covid)

- Africa: 4 to 10 business days


RETURN POLICY

A refund is possible if the jewels arrive broken or defective. Our policy lasts 14 days after your receive your order (according to tracking information). If 14 days have gone by since you received your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund

The return is at your charge. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
